Oral presentation guideline

All speakers are asked to bring their slides (.ppt, .pptx, .pdf and etc) and present their research in a podium presentation. (Recommended size - 16:9)
Unfortunately, speakers wont be able to use their own laptop.
A real-time live streaming will be held through Zoom according to the schedule
Online presentation will be live-streamed at the presentation site
Online presenters must join online 10 minutes before their session starts to test their sound and connection.
Q&A time of >5 minutes are recommended
Please meet your session chair 15 min before session start.

Recommended poster size: 24 x 36 inch (61 x 92 cm) (width x height)
There is no printing station on site. Poster presenters need to bring their posters.
Poster presenters should put up their posters before poster session.
Please be ready for discussions at your poster during the poster session.
